SOFTENING UNIT
Water is considered 'hard' when it has excessive levels of calcium and magnesium dissolved in it. Water softening plant is used for removal of total hardness dissolved in Water. We, at ERES offer Series of water softeners at a low cost, reliable and highly efficient way to soften your water.
Our unique design of Water softening plant ensures the maximum utilization of the effective surface area, uniform space and linear velocity across the resin bed which provides effective contact time between water and resin bed yield soft water and prevent any precipitation and scale formation on the surface of heat exchanges and any process equipment where water is being used for further application. The preengineered, pre-assembled setup minimizes installation and start-up costs.

Plant design
Flow rates for standard modules: Up to 150 m³/h per unit. The plant is produced as one-tank plant and multi-tank plant as well as cold water plant and hot water plant. Each plant is supplied with a control unit adapted to the job. The plant can either be timer controlled or meter controlled.
Frame-mounted plant ensures safe and quick installation: Several of the two-tank plant can as standard be delivered as a unit in which tanks, pipe system, and controls are built together and mounted on a frame.
Hot water plant
Several of our plant series can treat hot water up to 85°C. Filter tank, nozzle system, and the 5-cycle valve are designed especially for this purpose. The construction makes the plant suitable for sanitary installations.
Brine tank - brine maker
The brine tanks are made of breach proof polyethylene and are easy to fill and clean.
