MULTI-EFFECT EVAPORATION

MULTI-EFFECT EVAPORATION

Multi Effect Evaporator is an apparatus for efficiently using the heat from steam to evaporate water. In a multiple-effect evaporator, water is heated in a sequence of vessels, each held at a lower pressure than the last.

ERES offers zero liquid discharge systems consisting of a stripper for a removal of organic volatiles if present in industrial wastewater stream, Multi Effect Evaporator (MEE) for achieving energy economy, and a sludge dryer for converting the concentrated industrial waste water into solids.

The energy consumption of the system can be customized to meet the customer's individual requirements by intellectual thermal configurations of the evaporation plant. Our Engineers always work on all possibilities to save energy by combining following unit operation. Multiple effect evaporators [MEE] Design commonly uses sensible heat in the condensate to preheat liquor to be flashed. In practice the design liquid flow paths can be somewhat complicated in order to extract the most recoverable heat and to obtain the highest evaporation rates from the equipment. Suitable for large scale and for continuous operation.
